We make effort to improve our working environment for conducting daily work while placing importance on the living environment of our employees and achieve a work-life balance.

The goal is to eliminate as much as possible the constraints of time and space in conducting work by complementing among employees.

We use a hybrid approach that allows us to take advantage of both in-office and remote work. Working hours are generally from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and in principle, two or more employees are required to come to the office during these hours.  A specific working hours and locations are scheduled at the monthly discussions among employees, taking into account the circumstances of individual employees.

 

As for the work environment, we have set up a virtual office on the cloud for smooth communicate anytime, anywhere.  In addition, we use cloud servers to share information and data, and we have created an environment where you can perform the same work as in the office as long as having an Internet environment.  For parts that cannot be fully virtualized, employees in the office can support the work without causing delay even when working remotely.
